Sukkah Orders Shipped out same day when you order before 1:00 PM PST.

Wind/Weather-Related Damage:

While our sukkah kits are very sturdy, they are by their nature a temporary structure and must be protected and/or dismantled if significant weather events occur while the sukkah is assembled. They are not designed to withstand heavy winds, strong rain storms, snow, or other significant weather events.

Timeliness of Delivery:
Ups is in our experience almost always on time however We DO NOT guarantee delivery of any order (or order correction) by a particular date or time, regardless of circumstances.

Missing Parts:

Please check your kit as soon as you receive it to ensure that all of the needed parts are there. We pack all of our kits by hand and while we take care to ensure that every kit is complete, we are only human, and occasionally a part is missing. Errors on our part will be corrected using regular Ups Ground as soon as they are brought to our attention. 

No return or exchange on all seasonal or holiday items.
